Baleh Consulting Pty Ltd commenced its operations in Sydney, Australia in July 2024 and operates nationally. The company’s establishment directly responded to the need for comprehensive and intelligent systems in the specialised field of concrete waterproofing and concrete remediation.
Our expertise lies in connecting the dots and leveraging a deep understanding of concrete technology, concrete mix optimisation, water dynamics, concrete durability, construction sustainability, structural and civil engineering, waterproofing history and water shedding, building materials’ types and differences, relevant Australian standards, the National Construction Code NCC 2022, British Standard BS 8102.2022, research papers around the world, expert publications, government specifications for major infrastructure projects (Transport for NSW “TfNSW” aka “B80 Specifications”, VicRoads, Department of Transport and Main Roads “TMR”, and Main Roads Western Australia), among others. The company Director has an impressive and varied experience in different fields since the year 2000 and still learning.
Without a thorough grasp of these areas, achieving complete and effective waterproofing and repair systems is nearly impossible. While our services encompass all aspects of waterproofing, concrete remediation, concrete durability, and concrete sustainability of various structures such as residential and commercial buildings, swimming pools, civil infrastructure (Bridges, marinas, ports, airports, mines, hospitals, schools, etc), planter boxes, and more; our specialisation lies in Below Ground Waterproofing and wherever a structure is in direct contact with soil. This particular area within the waterproofing and concrete remediation field requires additional knowledge and skills in geotechnical engineering, soil types, and their behaviour, gas emissions from the soil, vapour diffusion to habitable areas, condensation and ventilation, carbonation, chloride and sulphate content in soil and water, and more.
