There are many waterproofing systems in the market, however, it is important to understand the durability of the products used and the structure in different locations and climates. Australia is a continent with various climates; arid, dry and hot on one side while wet, cold, and humid on the other side. How would you know what waterproofing system to use and where, and how to protect your structure to last?
Familiarise yourself with AS 3600, AS 3735, AS 2870, NCC 2022 as they are your good start.
