Project: Lea street Croydon NSW

Baleh Consulting were engage to design a full waterproofing system for a Below-Ground habitable space, including the introduction of both natural and sensored mechanical ventilation for a new build.

Building Class: 1a – Large single detached dwelling
Client: Crownview Projects
Architect: Architelle architecture
Structural Engineer: HHC Engineers
System used: Type A, B, and C according to BS 8102.2022 and Ventilation according to NCC 2022.
