Baleh Consulting were engage to design a full waterproofing system for a Below-Ground habitable space, including the introduction of both natural and sensored mechanical ventilation and wall cavity drainage for a new build.

The slab on ground was treated with both Types A and B, and the Dincel wall cavity was drained and ventilated to achieve Grade 3 in reference with BS 8102.2022 for a habitable space and in compliance with NCC 2022 and the relevant Australian Standards.
