Project: Lea street Croydon NSW

Baleh Consulting were engage to design a full waterproofing system for a Below-Ground habitable space, including the introduction of both natural and sensored mechanical ventilation for a new build.

The slab on ground was treated with both Types A and B, and the Dincel wall cavity was drained and ventilated to achieve Grade 3 in reference with BS 8102.2022 for a habitable space.

Architect: Architelle architecture
Structural Engineer: HHC Engineers
System used: Type A, B, and C according to BS 8102.2022 and Ventilation according to NCC 2022.
