Our scope of work for this iconic and state of the art project was our follows:

  1. Review the Lower Ground waterproofing methodology in relation to groundwater conditions, soil, and its proximity to the shoreline (Concrete durability).
  2. Review the detailed waterproofing drawings and sections, noting that these are comprehensively detailed and issued as a standalone package, while matching them with the architectural drawings.
  3. Review the proposed change in external sealing methodology from the waterproofing to the concrete sealing system.
  4. Review the product supplier’s specifications and proposed material selection.
