The development is located in Forster NSW and is classified as a Class 2 “Residential Building” and Class 7a “Car Park” under the NCC 2022 Building Classification.
The three-level apartment building was completed in 2019 and comprises 20 Units in total with a secured basement Car Park.

Scope of Work: Preparation of a Technical Repair Specifications for the leaking basement, such as the wet cracks, leaking construction and movement joints, leaking of the permanent PVC walling system, and the leaking of the lift pit.
The design was in compliance with NCC 2022 and EN 1504 series.

In addition, we also prepared the Construction Issued Regulated Design (CIRD) and the Design Compliance Declaration (DCD) in accordance with the DBP Act 2020.
