Remedial Class 2 – Underwood Road, Homebush – This Class II remedial project involved comprehensive waterproofing investigations, regulated design, and construction phase services for a multi-residential development in Homebush, NSW.

Baleh Consulting carried out intrusive and non-intrusive investigations, reviewed previous reports, and designed compliant waterproofing remediation works for multiple planter boxes, terraces, bathrooms, various concrete repairs, and extensive repairs in the two-level below-ground carpark in accordance with the DBP Act 2020, NCC 2022, EN 1504 series, and relevant Australian Standards.

Our involvement also included tender invitation, tender analysis, and client assistance during contract negotiations and execution.
